I actually managed to get a tour of the place through my daughter's standing with the Texas A&M Animal Research teams, her team is out of A&M-Kingsville. I'll be seeing their labs and conference rooms for other purposes. I get to then walk the second floor, which was by my request, to check both lab rooms ENZC has/had. One was under Enzolytics, the other one was under the Bioclinetics name. That's where I'll take the pictures. I've set up some careful questions about what kind of tenants ENZC has been, if they're active, etc...

I have no idea what I'll find this time. I was there once before shortly after their first opened the labs, before the security system and keypad access was in operation. Back then anyone could roam the building and I noticed a lot of students did just that. Since it's now locked down for authorize lessees and university approved staff only, the tour was necessary.

If their rates are not too high, I may lease a conference room there for a higher education Expo, showing universities and school districts one of our document control systems. So, this worked out well.
