Outstanding micro, thank you for posting your research! A little digging on Rodney Pelzel, listed as a co-inventor on both patents, finds he is with LSE listed IQE PLC (52 week high 4/15/24)...Clearly, clearly Dr. Lebby's tentacles reach far beyond anything we can imagine and clearly much more is going on behind the scenes than meets the eye.
