I would say that the lawsuit holds any of that up until that is finialized and settled. If they didn't not file the extention as claimed the SPAC was then ended before the deal was inked as they stated , Are they paying the extension fees each month since Sept because they were asking for extension thru Nov 2024 so why would that be needed for a deal completed in Sept. Their own lawyer admitted that they did not file or deposit the required money in a timely matter. So again things dont ad up on their end. I know DESPAC takes time but we never saw this process officially happening in filings , NASDAQ delisting was an issue for 180 days that they didnt do anything about and still haven't or they would be relisted that was the pathway to trade on NASDAQ for the subs. Again showing some very shady crap was being done.
