I would think until the SAGA lawsuit is settled , the 10M will remain in the trust and then refunded once the issue is resolved in court. Remeber 90% was already returned when some of the investors pulled out. SAGA has no PIPE if it did I am sure that thoses investors left would have been showed the committed 450m funding and what that investment would be funding AKA the technology the 2 subs had to offer and would be proof that they actually have the goods. Instead we have silence and removals of directors , new board members , and departing and resigning key players from multiple companies. We need some actual filings from Enzolytics with some meat on the bone and not the fluff we have been fed for 2.5 years.
