I think if investors start filing the same issue with the SEC they will look into it, mine was filed about 2 hours ago . Not alot to it just have their contact info address Barry K and what your complaint is mine was on the deal, the fact of delisting from NASDAQ, the PR's related , the hype from the Doctor over the years . You can pretype out your complaint and copy paste it 5000 characters so plenty of room to site examples ect// If things were on the up and up the lawyer CC would have stated it before he ran off. As he was to be the best and honest and have the shareholders interest if so this SAGA deal was not a NDA and could have been better described to us, and then radio silence when they get delisted official and then gone from ENZOLYTICS. I still think they will lose the lawsuit and whatever is left will be returned but will it have any value left in them probably not. It is not being traded as a 450m (+) dollar company currently that is for sure. GLTA
