You know what the bottom line is? A good businessman knows when they dont have the ability to do something. So you know what they do? They go out and find someone who can.
They dont muddle through 13 ventures over 22 years, failing all along the way. I know some of those types and you know what they do now? They work at McDonalds.
It must just burn you that I have 2 companies that are pretty much self running because along the way I knew that I was not the best at this or that and went out and got someone who was. Thats what good managers, or CEOs do. It helps them make MORE MONEY FASTER.
As for bullying anyone, look in the mirror.
