That little volume are all sells at .0007 according to IHUB. The PPS was triple zeros with horrible volume last Friday when the OTC removed the shell risk, and the PPS is still at triple zeros with horrible volume four trading days later. If the market current info could happen at any time, I suggest the pushers buy at least a few million shares.
