Many less than reputable companies (like DBMM) use "virtual offices" as a cover. That way some sort of contact point is able to be used. Anyone tried to actually call DBMM? I'll wager the phone isn't answered - just a message portal is used. Since I haven't called, I admit I could be mistaken.

Let's face it. Here's the truth.

Linda has basically a part time "job" as "CEO". DBMM does ZERO, except provide a facade for Reggie and crew there at Digital Clarity, and a legal avenue for trading on an American stock venue (can't really say "exchange" because the pink level is not an exchange). They field the numbers from DC and have an "accountant" change the numbers into a US currency and then put them in a form that can be filed. Then DBMM files them.

It's all they do. Reggie probably makes decisions regarding the marketing business, Linda then fudges up all the BS press crap and they both sign it.

What kind of office equipment does Linda need to do that? Probably has a laptop. And a file drawer at her apartment.
