I was called a DIMWIT for simply pointing out the last week in March they wouldn't file on time and FINANCIALS should be the FOCUS, not whether the Company was making things happen. If they're still HAPPENING the filing should be 1st priority, then subsequent information is a net positive, now KISSINGER will be here all day defending the indefensible, and I'm the DIMWIT.....:) GLTA
