Not the way it works in expert. MM’s can do whatever they want. That .0005 was for 58,000 shares. They will beat it down to .0001 if they can and can do so without filling one retail limit order. The day it goes to current will be one to watch. Will people bail on the CEO for not filing on time or will the CEO convince them to stick around. This has to be embarrassing for CG and he deserves criticism for sure. What he does to mitigate the damage is key. There’s no excuse for this imo. Needs fixing.
