I think part of the dilution can be explained by the use of shares to subsidize "farmers/ranchers" to try the IFUS bagasse. It works in this way. I approach a rancher with the following type of offer: If you'll try $1,500 worth of product we will give you $1,500 worth of shares at a 20% discount to market in addition to the product. The actual numbers will vary according to need & size of deal.

Looks to me like the above approach is now being used prevalently and accounts for much of the growth in share count. Consequently, the next Quarterly Report will show an increase in revenue from product sales; when in truth it is dilution disguised as product sales. The shares were sold and the product was given away.

At today's PPS, $70,000 in share sales (1,000,000 shares) can be disguised as $70,000 in product sales. One can do a lot of "creative" financing & accounting gimmicks when your #s don't have to be audited.
