I can understanding him leaving ENZC but why leave BGEN if it was sold and he would have solo control. Unless he sees the issues with SAGA and lawsuits and no money to go on ,and the deal being void putting them back under ENZC. If their were issues or tention between the parties I can then see him leaving if the subs were coming back to ENZC. All three of the 3 year contract was up awhile back so nothing holding them that we have seen. What a cluster Could be time to jump out and buy in later when it has bottomed , a game plan has been shown and hope for a pump. Just glad I sold 3m awhile back
