7% Marine answer from IR @CaptBeer Investor Relations - As ROI/EU shareholders cant post on SAYTechnologies I ask IR the following questions today (i did also ask at Q4/23 but got no reply)

I asked this morning of IR
Can Amarin Management provide an update on the legal cases ongoing and when they might reach conclusion please?
What legal steps are Amarin taking to defend the 93% market for Cardiovascular Indication against generics who now have a constant 43% market share. The 93% were both referenced by John Thero and Karim Mikhail.

On the open legal matters, are there specific cases that you are referring to? Information on ongoing legal matters can be found in the Company’s 10-K filing beginning on pg. 110 (F-17)

Can you please let us know what statements you are referring to regarding the 93% market share? Obviously we are at a different time period at this point, so those statements are likely outdated.

In particular the third paragraph refers to "The Hikma generic icosapent ethyl product has the benefit of court judgments but only with respect to patents related to an indication currently representing no more than 7% of VASCEPA prescriptions in the United States: for use as an adjunct to diet to lower triglyceride levels in adult patients with severely high (=500 mg/dL) triglyceride levels. "


The 7% was regularly used by John Thero when referring to the Marine label and 93% specific for CVD which generics are allegedly infringing on.
If 7% is outdated what is the current legal figure for prescriptions in the United States for use as an adjunct to diet to lower triglyceride levels in adult patients with severely high (=500 mg/dL) triglyceride levels?
