Still looking at the law suit against SAGA and the SPAC , I can't see how it will allow the sell of the subs to SAGA . Since they claim it was done in Sept meaning it was still on Nasdaq at that time. Really want to see the filings and what is claimed and what has been paid , and share holdings of the 3. Patents still could be in play for ENZC . Remember we have only got one side of the info from the sale saying it is legal, I find it interesting that ENZC would need a consultant rather than a lawyer to finish the process to recieve the shares they are owed. WTF Has anyone on the sites were the doctor is and ask him how we win
