As I tried to tell the board back when it happened, Charles screwed all of us with that SAGA deal. After years of consistently leading us to believe that ENZC would be audited, go SEC Reporting, get out of pinks, NDA's & Partnerships, etc...., he did a complete 180 and dropped that SAGA PR, separating ENZC from the value that most of us had been holding 3+ years for.

I wish I had been wrong when I said that I believed Charles would separate that value (BGEN) from ENZC at all costs, but it appears that I wasn't.
