Issuing a stock diviend wouldn't cost that much and accomplish the same thing.


I owned a company that did 3 stock dividends in one year just to piss off the shorts/naked shorts...and it worked.

In this case, doing one on the eve of approval would cause the shorts havoc...if not, approved it would still cause short term and BIG headaches for the shorts...
