Hi Red,

I reread your post and it made me think a lot of the December Press Release in which Lebby stated that he was trying to close deals even before the end of the year 2023. Something does not seem right about that. This is just loud thinking, and maybe makes sense or is just my wild imagination....

Firstly, to this day even with the latest presentation at the LD Micro Conference, Michael Lebby is always 100% cautious in his words, not to over commit to anything, the highlight of his message at the LD Micro Conference would perhaps be that "we are not just being pulled along but are being dragged along" by potential customers.

BUT for some reason back in December 2023 he made the "BOLD" statement when he threw caution to the wind, put his neck on the line and said that he is closing "deals" plural soon, maybe even before the end of December 2023. That is totally out of character for him. He is smart enough to know 100% the repercussions of what would happen if he did not deliver on his statement. Yet he did make those statements. Some on here say that he did that because the share price was dropping and he was trying to save the stock price from dropping below a certain threshold, OR some on here say that it was because of the inclusion of the ALD and needed further testing. But again Lebby is smart enough tech wise to anticipate the inclusion and additional timeline needed if changes were to be made because of ALD. Also if indeed it was because of the share price dropping, then it would not be the first time we dropped below the 4 dollar mark.

So the question remains WHY did he make such bold statements? Was it a moment of WEAKNESS, or maybe to TELEGRAPH to potential acquirers that we are really really close to making deals.... and that time is running out ....

Would love the hear everyone thoughts?
