So why would Duffy move forward with the announcement to merge with XTI on Oct 22 2021 then get a TOXIC $6 mil loan Nov 8 2021?? He has stated that the reason he stopped funding the JV is because of TF600 viability or was it they completed the purpose of the JV? Duffy states that he was aware of this by the end of Sep 2021 yet he still takes out the toxic Auctus loan. WHAT A SCAM
