This is how the ceo has been paying for acquisitions. Example is sycamore bio was aquired by the use of d shares that have a lock out period. The shares will become free trading but in the future.

Imo the ceo is using the d shares to aquire and use these companies now to generate income. If the ceo can make bleg profitable he can pay these Acquisitions in cash than in D shares.
