Funny, but sad. When 2 brokerages tell you it’s revoked, not coming back, and the best action is for the estate to write it off, we write it off. Should some miracle take place and somehow this comes back to life in any serious fashion, everyone will have legal recourse against the CEO for his failure of fiduciary duty to the shareholders.
What do you think the CEO is going to tell anyone calling ? I can tell you he isn’t going to say anything that causes him liability or places himself in jeopardy. At his age, I have to ask why stay involved.
