If I were the government I would stick with Windows 7 Dell computers and get Wave’s better security than have to deal with all these stupid Windows ads and AI craps (or even worse wastes cloud usage and costs more money for our society and organizations) that is going to waste space on the Windows 11 machines and AI is headed for lots of regulation and wastes power. The government with Wave on these Windows 7 machines with Microsoft Office (which is cheap now and not part of the big cloud target) would have all it needs!!! Trust at the Edge of the network with Wave is what you need!! Put your THINKING CAPS ON!!! Or is AI going to do that for you too:)
