They were options that were about to expire. 73,380 shares. His purchase price was $1.32 So he paid $96,861 to get the shares. And then he sold them for $5.11 Equals $374,972. So he bagged the difference $278,110. If he had not exercised the options he would have lost them. Many times Directors officers etc of companies when they exercise options given to them will sell partial... enough to cover the taxes due and keep the rest of the shares. So he did make a statement by doing what he did. It for sure did not help our share price.
