It is because the company is lying to everyone. They say there is no dilution but are too stupid to acknowledge that there was 107 million shares added to the free trading float in February 2024. But they say no dilution ... even though they sign off on this. Also noteworthy, the 107 million shares freshly minted is exactly 4.9 percent. Just under the 5 percent insider rule. Smells like your typical actors in this dirty shell. LIARS LIARS LIARS
