I understand your point , I would think that since they claimed the Sept date they were still under NASDAQ and SEC rules at that point , along with the actual failure of the proper extentions being taking care of. With that just being said if this was the route all along they were thinking , that would be the fraud on both parties and one still being under NASDAQ at that time. If the court rules for the holders and against SAGA then that dissolves SAGA they get their money back and nothing is left of the SPAC called SAGA so then by default the subs would go back to Enzolytics that will be the question. Still would like to know why Khalpey labs would mention working with Enzolytics and not the sub as late as March video. Very strange wouldnt the doctor have made it clear it is his company they are working with not Enzolytics at that point. We are talking over 7 months since the company claims they completed a deal and sold off the subs. It is all BS maybe we get something we can figure out in the fillings, will SAGA file Monday too should be an interesting week.
