The big question is and will be answered is when SEC says the deal is void or not approved , the 2 CEO's get charged , the subs are back under ENZC. Maybe all the jockeying is to protect themselves at this point. You have to think if the SEC is going to approve or disapprove the sale then they will be looking at all of Enzolytics history and PR's and SAGA jacked up moves. The other thing to look at if the filings are done Monday is the 30k payments per month that were part of the deal they claim is complete. If the payments haven't been made isn't that another red flag. what a mess this has become. Enjoy your weekend
