I have never seen an accurate quote so poorly used ever. In the 1st place Buffet would never touch a poorly managed company. If the managers weren’t outstanding, he would have nothing whatsoever to do with that company.

He wouldn’t even touch technology leaders. Charlie Munger did and contributed to Berkshire Hathaway success.

He clearly would not have touched an emerging biotech that had never shown a wood, nickel worth of profit, and that Wall Street had abandoned, and even the rabid speculators cursed the ineffective management every chance they got.

Good luck with your speculation. There is no way that this can still be called an investment.
