The next event date for the lawsuit brought against Veltmeyer, Ichim, and TSOI has been scheduled for 6.21.24.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff in this case has detailed expenses that total $1,745,366.27 into a business partnership “under the false premise that Defendant Veltmeyer was paying his half of partnership expenses.” It appears as though these resources were carried over to the The Veltmeyer Institute for Advanced Biologics, LLC/murky TSOI umbrella without the Plaintiff’s consent or even knowledge. As the complaint states, “Defendants Ichim and the Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc. enticed Defendant Veltmeyer to breach his partnership agreement with Plaintiff, as well as his fiduciary duties owed to Plaintiff. Defendant Veltmeyer then launched a competing business, The Veltmeyer Institute for Advanced Biologics, LLC, catering to the same clientele as the partnership business while employing the same business strategies that Plaintiff created.”

What happens to the Institute if the plaintiff can prove that $1.7M+ in resources were misappropriated to it (seems this would be relatively easy to do).

Is the VI grounded on the plaintiff’s business model? How much has VI made? Did TSOI get its cut? Will the books reflect as much?
