No one tried to steal the company. That's just you cross eyed, cockamamie Cultists trying to twist the facts in your favor. The Federal Judge said that Walther acted with Scienter and knowingly devised a scheme to defraud Adelstein. The Judge also caught Walther trying to "smuggle in a claim' that was dismissed earlier by the Judge!

Walther tried to steal $250,000 that was legally loaned to him under a contractual agreement he agreed to and even helped author. Yet, he failed to make even one payment as agreed and misappropriated many of the funds for unauthorized items. Walther was so greedy he even neglected to pay the patent attorney, using the $7,000 ear marked in the loan for the attorney, for personal needs. Consequently, he lost the patent.

Walther is so crooked he can't lie in bed straight.
