OK - if 3-71 must be dosed 3x per day there will be noncompliance.

So maybe 3-71 will be given in a supervised care setting to get a patient on track and later moved to 2-73 with a longer half life.

That would make a lot of sense.

It would also explain why 2-73 was trialed first.
