My biggest question is still the r/s. Do they still plan on doing the r/s? It's mentioned twice. And the hopeful share exchange ratio..will it be now or after the r/s if it does happen. Because if we get the share of 1 to 1 now..that be awesome..but not so much after the r/s. Not trying to be a basher..just trying to be grounded and understanding what's happening or could potentially happen.
