SAN DIEGO, Dec. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Brian Bonar, President of Allegiant Professional Business Services Inc., has tendered his resignation effective Dec. 1, 2010, the company said. He will retain his seat on the Board of Directors.

Norman Tipton, Allegiant's General Counsel, said the decision was Bonar's and was for personal and professional reasons. "Brian's contribution to Allegiant cannot be overestimated," Tipton said. "We are pleased that he will continue to provide guidance to our Board of Directors."

If you know how to decipher and read between the lines , You KNOW something BIG is ON/IN the NEW HORIZON.. Brian left for " PROFESSIONAL and PERSONAL " reasons. The word BRIAN BONAR was looking for was ETHICS!!!!!!

He RESIGNS APRO ( but stays on as DIRECTOR ) on the board and focuses on STTN which had KILLER ( spectacular ) #'s last quarter.As far as I 'm concerned APRO and STTN mirror eachother. They have the same EVERYTHING ( phone numbers , staff , address , personell.. etc.. ).


Brian knew that STTN will have FABULOUS FINANCIALS and also APRO ( Which we are waiting to be released ). He resigned as PRES. because it would be smoother for STTN to BUYOUT APRO without him being PRESIDENT of BOTH COMPANIES. They call that DOUBLE dealing and " CONFLICT OF INTEREST "..
