- A personalized cancer vaccine (immunization against a set of cancer antigens)
- A personalized anti-viral vaccine (a therapy for chronic viral conditions like long-covid, herpes, HIV)

These last two bullet points are of particular interest to me in view of a previous thread on iHub, as to whether a tumor lyses from patient A would also help patient B without causing any non-self issues for patient B who is being treated. If this works then the last two bullet points can be made from a mixture of many cancer patients or chronic viral conditions, to capture as many tumor antigens or viral antigens, to create an off the shelf vaccine that could provide significant prophylactic protection if not fail proof.
