I'm kinda curious to see if they'll hit a wall at around 1,215,000,000 as some here think. Probably not


The only legal restriction is 1.7B common shares and whatever contractual arrangements are in place to insure the almost .5B warrants/options/preferred/converts can be converted.

We know as a fact they previously went well past the "soft" wall where they no longer had the free shares available to convert all of the already sold derivatives.

So yeah., expect them to blow past the 1.7B soft wall for shares plus derivatives within a month or so (no way to get an exact count).

I would expect most companies to hold a vote on the authorized share limit about now. But NWBO could easily wait a year based on past history.
