I have done very good with rental properties and flipping houses it was just an example. It's is shocking how critical you are with many posters on this board but you continue to give Lebby a pat on the back for continually missing goals and timelines. One year after the so called commercially accepted deal and still no update on that. No new deals and still waiting on those December deals and share price is at 4.04. Seems Lebby has issues with calculating timelines and goals. No I don't complain when I sell a house but the buyers always have complaints about something that's for sure but I don't get many complaints due to keeping my word, timelines and not making up excuses.
