Well, everything is cancelled in my mind based on SAGA's ejection. I don't think it's possible to launch the subs to Nasdaq from the OTC, but I also don't think that has ever been done. You can't even look that up because there's no precedent at least that I can find.

If the IP moved from ENZC to BGEN, it doesn't matter since BGEN still belongs to ENZC with no SPAC completion...

I don't know where the new CEO is, but he has to make a statement... As far as suing them, there's nothing there since they can't be sued for saying "uplist" and "Sec reporting" in twitter posts, and they REALLY can't be sued for the multiple BLATANTLY FAKE Social media posts that pop up here like the recent one where "Dr. Chandra" talked about working outside the company..
