I’ll put it this way and I know it doesn’t totally answer your question…

But at this stage, the company should be able to provide some sort of revenue guidance based on the SOM data they provided last year. I fully expect the SOM data to be meaningfully increased, too.

My point is that LWLG and their engine/transceiver maker partner should certainly be far enough along that the majority of deal specifics should be ironed out. LWLG should also know the “trigger event” and the December letter suggests that event is relatively soon.
