Based on the volume and movement it looks to me EBET just needs about 100k in longs holding tight and then right over .40 . Not much to do it but people are cautious and once we get the right info that settlement is more likely that should do it.

Clear out that motion to dismiss and that would also get stronger buyers , getting close is all I have to say .

See that receiving Discovery and it is on too .

The response Docket that was due yesterday is not updated yet , just checked again says updates were 6hrs ago. So any time now . Most updates come at 12am or 3am est.

Float is so low now , see how volatile and spreads get shows that for sure.
