As far as home loan failures I agree but, one has to UNDERSTAND small to mid sized banks DO NOT LEND 100;s of millions of dollars to build malls and large office building complexes, THAT TODAY MANY ARE SITTING EMPTY in MANY PLACES

I'm sorry but I do NOT see the economy as ALL THAT GREAT, when real numbers are used like 12-14% inflation instead of the FEDS numbers today of 3.5%, heck eggs have gone up way more than 3.5% just this last week and gas is hitting $3.96 in OK for real gas not ethanol
