Thanks for the info. So the question is: Is FLCX going to be doing anything with the technology (specifically the engine), because it doesn't appear it has any rights to it, especially since the merger fell through. I suppose they can draft up a licensing agreement between Quantum and FlooidCX. Maybe that's how they will handle it. Just find it strange they are going through with the name change from Flooid to Quantum still. It seems to me they are planning on shifting operations to FLCX, even though QREE owns basically all their capital and IP.
