The answer is simple. It’s not about settling or even when it was settled or by whom.

It’s all about how the CON aka CEO got to that situation in the first place LoL.

That’s what truly speaks volumes and the bailout from the inactive biz of Acra thru a life preserver to the CEO.

There are 13 years of continuous deficits on a product line that has been around for over a decade and another line even longer.

Banging on the doors asking retirees for their SS checks as investment is a joke and quite pathetic IMO.
