Dilution is the cause… Is that what they claim?

If I purchase 10 shares for 10$ (1$ ea) and the OS count is 100, I own 10% at 1$ per share.

If my investment is diluted by said Co increasing OS from 100 to 200, my % ownership is reduced from 10% to 5% (halved), even though my PPS is still $1/share.

How in the world does anyone believe TSOI’s OS going from 2b at $.135 to 4b $.0008 is because of dilution?!? I laugh my tail off thinking how daft and inept these criminal amateurs must think retail is not to do a little SIMPLE MATH.
Dilution has an easily quantifiable effect.
$.135 to $.0008 does not fall at the feet of dilution, it takes ALL the shadowy tools in the criminals tool kit.
Algorithmic manipulation - accumulation at manufactured bottom - 4.99% block holders - SM cover - pump pump pump - exit. Wash, rinse, repeat. Retail rarely fights back. Because they’ve just been fleeced of resources! If the DOJ doesn’t act, the criminals escape justice with regularity.

Oh, but TSOI isn’t like the rest.
They can’t be bought, bribed, intimidated, threatened or taken over by proxy.
Social media has morphed into a den of P&D/P&S vipers, a brazen emboldened, virtually unchecked, INTEGRAL go along-get along tool of corruption.
It’s time for severe change.
I pray TSOI flips this templated filthy wash, rinse, repeat garbage on its head for every last hard working retail TSOI investor maliciously harmed.
