Answer to Q1: The better question is, was the stock worth buying in either case? .0008 and .135 were both market determined pps. "Better deal" is subjective. One could easily argue that .135 was based on a false market and was an aberration before it was anything else. One could also point out that the .0008 is not a wise buy given the downward pressure, lack of any sustained upwards movement for many months, startling dilution, lawsuits, lack of clear catalysts on the horizon, etc. Pretty much everyone left with TSOI is a bag holder. Why would that change? Why buy at .0008 when you can have it for .0007 today and likely for .0006 soon. Why buy at all when a RS seems inescapable? Wouldn't it be wise to wait until after that happens if you want to get in at all?

Answer to Q2: Probably not. There is no evidence whatsoever to suggest that any such nefarious block exists (the narrative re: shorts, float controllers, etc for 4B+ OS with horrible fundamentals and a slew of other issues is absurd. Does anyone buy that??) In fact, there is evidence that suggests this is not remotely true.

Answer to Q3: If privacy is respected and a business model that honors burnt retail investors over companies with malicious agendas and manipulative/false narratives, I believe it should. Whether it does or not, the problems facing TSOI will not be improved one iota. I think all of that is a silly red herring and crooked attempt at deflection.

Answer to Q4: Your repeated threats and use of this frivolous lawsuit to try and intimidate others who do not act nor believe as you would like is just more evidence about the true aims/purpose of this SLAPP lawsuit.

Aren't opinions fun!!
