My take on this is they hired a CFO that has posted on LinkedIn and been the CFO on the the OTCmarket website to correct any imbalances and make this ticker ready for NASDAQ In the future...
My guess would be on Fridays announcements this yeild sign gets removed and it goes current...
Or they have wasted time and money on their CFO...
