Majic: That warning is not unique to this stock I’ve seen it on other stocks with a yield sign. I do agree that they are late in their filings. I did reach out to the ceo via email and I thought someone else did but no response. I bought shares on etrade and it still allows me to place an order online I did so tonight w/o any issue. I’m not sure which brokerages are not allowing, sometimes it’s the type of account or value of someone’s portfolio cuz I never encountered that problem and I always place my trades online.
