Not sure what you find incorrect. I wrote:

If the stock has 3 billion shares and then has 12 billion shares, but the price hasn’t dropped, then someone is propping it up.

You wrote:

If you are suggesting that I am not correct in that there is 13 billion instead of 12 Billion, you failed the reading comprehension test as my point was simply that a shit ton of stock was dumped into the market and the price didn't do down. "Ten Bucks" indicates that you believe the stock price didn't go down.

Surely there is something different you find wrong. If not, you are incorrect because billion is not capitalized unless at the beginning of a sentence.
