The shareholders should get more depending how long they stuck it out with Wave!! Shareholders who gave up before the 1 for 10 reverse split should get something but less!! And Steven and Bill ran Wave into the ground so they should pay up if they want to be new shareholders!!!! That is what I would say if I were the bankruptcy judge!! And ESW is nothing without SKS leading with the old employees (and the new) and the support of us shareholders. They should be VERY EQUITABLE in the reorganization!!!!!
