I don't think so. He has the equity financing he can tap into plus I assume the acquisition of Tekmovil would open the door to some options to restructure the debt.

Could it be delayed? Given his track record it is entirely possible (and probable, unfortunately) but I don't think he will intentionally delay the closing to get a pump so he can dump shares.
