Yes, approved but at approx. $700/90 days
And Aetna made GV Tier 4 at $500
I filed a complaint w Medicare
Aetna has since exited the Part D world
Also learned that Express Scripts determines the formulary not Aetna
I do not understand all of the nuances I’m happy. Getting a 90 day supply. through CVS for under $100
Hoping the generic works
