My concern is the poor decision making by management and the board
This alleged incident occurs before he is named the new CEO so BB knows it exists. John Chen communicates with her saying she doesn’t have to travel with him going forward. This by it’s very nature gives credence to her complaint.
They then decide to make him the new CEO anyway and then terminate her a month later!? They couldn’t anticipate that she would be a woman scorned? Even Hugh Hefner new better!
