*** Scheduling Order in the LIBOR antitrust case ***
Posted at the bottom of the comment.
It doesn't say "Discovery closed 10 days earlier than scheduled", as you claim.
It closed as of April 4, 2024, as scheduled.
In the letter, the Liaison Counsel just requested to:

take a limited number of depositions following the close of fact discovery on April 4, 2024.

And

Plaintiffs request no additional changes to the Scheduling Order (Doc. 3687).

No wonder why the court clerk felt the need to post yesterday in the docket a text entry explaining the VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL filed by the California Public plantiffs the day before, in a case against Citigroup, that doesn't affect its case against the rest of the panel of banks, and the rest of the plaintiffs.
The clerk must have read the group of punks that write on Inverstors Hub, posting lies 24/7: navycmdr, Guido, plaintiff Joshua Angel, plaintiff Bryndon Fisher, etc, saying that the case has ended and that it will be settled next week at a fraction of the losses, that made the stocks tumble.

04/05/2024***NOTICE TO COURT REGARDING STIPULATION OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL Document No. [4003] Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal was reviewed and referred to Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald for approval for the following reason(s): the plaintiff(s) filed their voluntary dismissal and it did not dismiss all of the parties or the action in its entirety. (Text entry; no document attached.)

These people always need to be repeated the things twice or 100 times, as we see daily on the board (Today debating once again about what the Supreme Court said).
